 Elizabeth Lambert Gullo has joined Melville law firm Tully &amp; Winkelman as a senior associate attorney. The Bethpage resident formerly held a similar position at Stefans Law Group based in Woodbury. 
 Stuart Weichsel has joined Uniondale law firm Farrell Fritz in the firm's tax practice group as counsel. The Manhattan resident was previously adjunct assistant professor of business law in the economics and accounting department at Manhattan's Hunter College, part of the City University of New York.

 Dr. Maria Basile has been named assistant vice president for medical affairs at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson. The East Setauket resident has been with the hospital since 2011 and previously served as clinical information system physician adviser in the office of the chief medical information officer.
