BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS 
 The New York downstate chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has announced two members have been elected to its executive board. 
 Ralph Benzakein has been elected president of the board. The West Islip resident is vice president and partner of Cresa Long Island in Melville, and formerly served as vice president of the SIOR board. 
 John La Ruffa has been elected treasurer. The Queens resident is principal and managing director, corporate real estate services, at NAI Long Island in Melville. 
 FOOD SALES 
 Roland A. Iadanza has joined New Jersey-based RC Fine Foods as Suffolk County territory manager in wholesale and retail food sales, specializing in soup bases, sauces, dressings and dessert items. He will perform cooking demonstrations and sell products in Suffolk County. He is also great chefs steering committee chair for The Morgan Center, a school for preschool age children with cancer. The Commack resident was executive chef and director of sales at Pasta People in West Babylon.
