Albert Mayden joins as vice president of operations. The Island Park resident was director of manufacturing for NatureBake/Dave's Killer Bread, in Portland, Ore.
Sally Olivero joins as chief financial officer. The Hauppauge resident was vice president and chief financial officer for Kozy Shack Enterprises in Hicksville.
