CONSTRUCTION
John Sulinski has been promoted to vice president of operations at The LandTek Group, an Amityville company that specializes in the construction of athletic fields. He has served as senior project manager since joining the company in 2003 and lives in Greenlawn.
FINANCE
Kelly Sabino has joined US Mortgage Corp. in Melville as director of its reverse mortgage division. He was most recently the reverse mortgage sales manager at Mortgages In-Deed of Westbury and lives in Northport.
Michael P. Sabala has joined Gold Coast Bank in Islandia as senior vice president, chief credit officer. He comes to Gold Coast from Suffolk County National Bank in Riverhead, where he was senior vice president and head of the credit and loan administration department. He lives in Massapequa.
LAW
Toni J. Hoverkamp of Aquebogue has joined Farrell Fritz as an associate in its real estate, land use and municipal departments. She will work from the company's Hauppauge and Bridgehampton offices. Prior to joining the Uniondale law firm, she was a commercial real estate associate at Herrick, Feinstein in Manhattan.
Elaine M. Colavito has joined Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker in Uniondale as an associate and will concentrate her practice in matrimonial and family law, civil litigation and immigration matters. The Brentwood resident held a similar position at Afran & Russo in Hauppauge.

Darren Pfeffer has been promoted to vice president of music and entertainment marketing at Clear Channel Communications in Manhattan, where he will be responsible for companywide promotions and events. He was promoted from director of marketing at Clear Channel Radio New York and is a Woodbury resident.

Michele McElearney has joined Prudential Douglas Elliman in Smithtown as a licensed salesperson. The Commack resident was previously associated with CVS Pharmacy's regional business office in East Northport for 25 years, most recently as an executive assistant.
