Spencer L. Reames of Forest Hills has joined Farrell Fritz as an associate in its trusts and estates department and will work from the Uniondale office. Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, he was a staff attorney at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler in Manhattan.

Frank D'Agostino has joined ION Media Networks in Manhattan as senior director of integrated marketing. Most recently, the Dix Hills resident was a senior marketing manager at Discovery Communications in Manhattan.
