 Ilene Sherwyn Cooper has been appointed to the board of advisers of Touro Law Center's Aging and Longevity Law Institute. The Dix Hills resident is a partner, estate litigation, at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale and an adjunct professor at Touro Law Center. 
 HEALTH CARE 
 Paul J. Rowland has been named executive vice president and chief administrative officer at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown. The West Sayville resident was senior vice president for strategic planning at Sound Shore Health Systems in New Rochelle. 
 REAL ESTATE 
 Douglas Elliman Real Estate welcomes two new agents. 
 Heidi Karagianis, of Port Washington, joins as a licensed real estate sales agent and will work out of the Port Washington and Manhasset offices. She held a similar position at Accents on Real Estat in Port Washington. 
 Ethan Leifer, of Merrick, joins as a licensed real estate sales agent in the East Norwich office. He held a similar position at Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes in Woodbury.
