John K. Pollock has joined Gold Coast Bank as vice president, relationship manager/business development officer. The Rocky Point resident was most recently first vice president and senior relationship manager at JP Morgan Chase in New Hyde Park.
EDUCATION
Robert D. Hannafin has been appointed dean of the college of education and information sciences at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, following a national search. The educator, technologist and business executive most recently served as a director of learning and development at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hartford. He lives in both Storrs, Conn., and Old Brookville.
