Nassau County Family Court Judge Conrad D. Singer was elected president of the New York State Family Court Judges' Association. He is a Great Neck resident.

FINANCE

Susan Calabrese Licalzi of Bay Shore has been promoted to manager at Owen Petersen & Co., a West Babylon accounting firm. Her responsibilities include managing the nonprofit industry audits at the firm. She previously served as senior auditor.

Stacey L. Moran has joined Tii Network Technologies in Edgewood as vice president, finance, and chief financial officer. The Wading River resident most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Suffolk County National Bank in Riverhead.

NONPROFIT

Dawn DiStefano has been appointed executive director of the Nassau Community College Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that supports the mission of the college by facilitating philanthropic aid. The Commack resident was most recently a professor of marketing, sales, and public relations at Nassau Community College.
