 Touro Law Center's newly formed Institute on Land Use and Sustainable Development Law has appointed two new members to its advisory board. 
 Anthony S. Guardino, of Smithtown, is a partner at Farrell Fritz in Hauppauge and concentrates his practice in land use, zoning, municipal and environmental law. 
 Erin A. Sidaras, of Shirley, is counsel at Farrell Fritz in Hauppauge and concentrates her practice in land use and municipal law. 
 NONPROFITS 
 Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island welcomes two new hires to the Levittown office. 
 Chris Cosentino joins as director of marketing and public relations. The Queens resident previously served as bursar assistant at New York University in Manhattan. 
 Jamison Skala joins as director of development. The Bay Shore resident held a similar position at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and School of Health Professions at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury.
