 HEALTH CARE Dr. Nora Chan has been named director of the movement disorders program at Winthrop-University Hospital in <a href="/topics/Mineola%2C_NY">Mineola</a>. The program focuses on Parkinson's disease, dystonias, restless leg syndrome, Tourette syndrome and essential tremor. The Manhattan resident just completed a two-year clinical fellowship in movement disorders at the <a href="/topics/University_of_California%2C_Los_Angeles">University of California, Los Angeles</a>. 
 LAW Gregory S. Lisi has joined Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn &amp; Terrana of <a href="/topics/Uniondale%2C_NY">Uniondale</a> and will head up its new employment and labor practice. Most recently he was the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Gregory S. Lisi in <a href="/topics/Rockville_Centre%2C_NY">Rockville Centre</a>.
