Jim Alajbegu joins Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, in Melville and Manhattan, as partner of the international practice. The Saddle River, N.J., resident was a tax partner with Eisner Amper in Manhattan.
Keith Lawlor, a vice president at TD Bank in Melville, has been promoted to senior commercial lender and will continue to work with companies across Suffolk County to provide lines of credit, term loans, commercial mortgages and small business administration products. The Holbrook resident previously served as a commercial lender.
