 The Firemen's Home of the Firemen's Association of the State of <a href="/topics//New_York_(state)">New York</a>, a specialized residential health care facility for retired volunteer firefighters in Hudson, has announced two appointments. 
 Stephen Goodman, of <a href="/topics//Great_Neck,_NY">Great Neck</a>, has been elected to the board of trustees. He is an accountant and has been a volunteer firefighter with the <a href="/topics//Great_Neck,_NY">Great Neck</a> Vigilant Fire Company for more than 10 years. 
 Ted Rosko, of Southampton, has been re-elected as a trustee. He works for the Town of Southampton Highway Department and has been an active member of the <a href="/topics//North_Sea,_NY">North Sea</a> Fire Department for more than 33 years. 
 ENGINEERING 
 Richard J. Koller has been promoted to chief operating officer of Criterium Engineers of <a href="/topics//Maine">Maine</a>, the parent company of Criterium-Tauscher Cronacher Professional Engineers, a <a href="/topics//Baldwin,_NY">Baldwin</a>-based company. The Huntington resident will continue in his role as chief operating officer of Criterium-Tauscher Cronacher Professional Engineers.
