The <a href="/topics//Baldwin,_NY">Baldwin</a> resident previously was a sales agent at Deblat &amp; Garrett Real Estate in <a href="/topics//Oceanside,_NY">Oceanside</a>.

 Sandra P. Kapell has been appointed executive vice president, human resources and administration, at <a href="/topics//Cablevision">Cablevision</a> Systems Corp. The <a href="/topics//Connecticut">Connecticut</a> resident will work in the <a href="/topics//Bethpage_State_Park,_NY">Bethpage</a> office. Previously, she served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Chartis, an AIG company, in Manhattan. <a href="/topics//Cablevision">Cablevision</a> is Newsday's parent company.
