Deney S. Chau has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial team leader in health care financial services at TD Bank in Manhattan. The Great Neck resident has been with the company since 2002 and was promoted from vice president, senior lender in health care financial services.

Gary Panariello has been promoted to managing principal of Thornton Tomasetti, an international engineering firm located in Manhattan. The Manhasset resident is a member of the company's board of directors and head of the building performance practice.

Robert O'Connor has joined the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Suffolk in Hauppauge as director of facilities and property management. The Islip Terrace resident was formerly facilities manager for Target Corp., also in Hauppauge.
