ASSOCIATIONSAdelphi University announced new board of trustees positions.

Robert B. Willumstad was named chairman. He is a partner at Brysam Global Partners, a Manhattan-based private equity firm and lives in Manhattan.

Helene R. Sullivan was named vice-chair. The Wilton, Conn., resident is a trustee of Save the Children and Save the Children International.

Angello was named secretary. He was recently chief financial officer of the treasury and securities services division at JPMorgan Chase. He lives in Woodbury.

CONSULTINGPaul F. Vogel has been promoted to chief executive at Lachman Consultant Services in Westbury. The Maryland resident was executive vice president, compliance. Lachman provides consulting services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic and dietary supplement industries.
