Family Counseling Services in Westhampton Beach recently held elections for its board of directors:
Scott Skorobohaty has been elected chairman. He has been on the board since 2006 and has served as treasurer. He is executive vice president, director of strategic sales at BankUnited in Florida and lives in Remsenburg.
Michael Strebel, a board member since 2008, has been elected treasurer. The Westhampton Beach resident is a partner at Present, Cohen, Smallowitz, Glassman & Klein, a Great Neck public accounting firm.
Sally Pope has been elected secretary. She recently retired from 25 years in private practice as a mediator and lawyer and lives in Remsenburg.
John Sepe has been elected to the board of directors at The Early Years Institute in Plainview. The Brightwaters resident is a vice president at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Garden City.
