The New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute announced new appointments on its board of directors. Bernard Kilkelly of Lynbrook was elected chapter president. He is vice president of investor relations at Delphi Financial Group in Manhattan. Patrick Tracey of West Islip was elected chapter vice president for professional development. He is a senior vice president of business development at Georgeson, a proxy solicitation firm in Manhattan.
David E. Zeldin of Bellmore has been appointed to the New York State Security Guard Advisory Council, which advises the Department of State, division of licensing services and the New York State division of criminal justice services. He is president and chief executive of Investicorp in Freeport.
