Mary Frawley, a registered nurse who resides in St. James, has been promoted from assistant director of patient services to director of patient services at Catholic Home Care in Farmingdale.
Dr. Ryan Cahill, a resident of Babylon, has been named medical director of Maria Regina Residence in Brentwood. He has served as a physician on staff at the facility for 12 years.

Laurie B.Kazenoff of Huntington has joined Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone in Mineola as counsel in tax law. She previously had her own private practice in Huntington.
Jenna Gallagher, a Dix Hills resident, has joined Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker in Uniondale as an associate in zoning, land use, real estate and municipal and corporate law. She is a recent graduate of the Touro College law school in Central Islip and was a law clerk at the firm.
