The <a href="/topics//Sayville,_NY">Sayville</a> resident was previously an executive vice president managing the risk, insurance and information technology programs at the company.

 Scott T. Nessler has been named vice president, senior relationship manager, of&nbsp; M&amp;T Bank's Metro New York business banking group in <a href="/topics//Melville,_NY">Melville</a>. The <a href="/topics//Smithtown,_NY">Smithtown</a> resident previously served as senior vice president at Citibank in <a href="/topics//Hauppauge,_NY">Hauppauge</a>.
