Burton L. Roslyn has been elected regional director of the American Institute of Architects New York State (AIANYS). As a regional director, he will serve as a member of the AIA National’s board of directors representing the New York region. BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS

Burton L. Roslyn has been elected regional director of the American Institute of Architects New York State. As a regional director, he will serve as a member of the AIA National's board of directors representing the New York region. The Roslyn Heights resident is president of Roslyn Consultants, also in Roslyn Heights.

Patricia Cruso has been appointed to the board of directors for the East End Arts Council. The Aquebogue resident is retired from Stony Brook University, where she served as a government relations officer.

CONSULTING

Gary Loesch has been promoted to chief operating officer at H2M, a full-service consulting and design firm in Melville. The Sayville resident was previously an executive vice president managing the risk, insurance and information technology programs at the company.

FINANCE

Scott T. Nessler has been named vice president, senior relationship manager, of  M&T Bank's Metro New York business banking group in Melville. The Smithtown resident previously served as senior vice president at Citibank in Hauppauge.
