Keller Williams Realty Greater Nassau in Williston Park announced three new sales staff hires. Myong Paugh of Valley Stream held a similar position at Sung & Associates Real Estate in Valley Stream. Hicksville resident Anthony Gaudino was previously associated with Jose Garcia in Brooklyn. Cerrone Barrows Simkins is new to real estate and lives in Westbury.

Dylan C. Braverman has joined Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles in Melville as an associate attorney. He held a similar position at Bower Monte & Green in Manhattan and lives in Harlem.
CARPET
Scott Blum of Smithtown has been promoted to New York district manager at J+J/Invision, a manufacturer of commercial modular and broadloom carpet. The Smithtown resident was promoted from sales representative and will work from the Manhattan location.
