 Amanda Booth joins as marketing specialist. The Smithtown resident is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., and served as a marketing intern with the company for two years. 
 Danielle Halperin joins as art director. The Bellport resident held a similar position at Austin &amp; Williams in Hauppauge.

 PL Developments in Westbury, a supplier of over-the-counter health remedies, has announced two new hires. 
 Julian Leon joins as a senior accountant. The Glen Cove resident held a similar position at Norampac, in Queens. 
 Shari Siegel joins as a drug safety specialist. The Queens resident interned as an emergency room technician at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
