Last night North Shore broker Shawn Elliott invited the public in to see the Villa at Chestnut Hill, the Upper Brookville estate on the market for $12 million where a "Gossip Girl" episode was once filmed. Here's some footage from the $50,000 open house featuring an electric violin, bikini models and a little disco dancing.
