An updated 1915 Huntington Bay house with many original features is on the market for $1.499 million.
The six-bedroom, Tudor with four bathrooms and a half-bath is one of five that were built in the beachy North Shore neighborhood exactly a century ago this year, says owner Leo Wetter.
"It's a special, Gatsby-era Tudor," Wetter says of the house, which is listed with Donna Spinoso-Gelb of Signature Premier Properties. "The builder built a cluster of houses, and every one is unique."
Inside this one, there are thick crown moldings throughout and all the interior doors are five-panel oak.
There are oak French doors separating the foyer from the dining room, and from the living room and dining room to the sun porch, Wetter says.
