This sleek Contemporary on 5.7 acres in Wainscott was designed with an active lifestyle in mind, its listing agent says. It is listed for $2.995 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bath home was designed by Sagaponack-based architect Nick Martin as a “country club complex” estate in which the multitiered deck, in-ground swimming pool, tennis court and enclosed three-season cabana — with a big-screen TV — are clustered together.

The entire sports entertainment space is visible from the home’s kitchen and a second-story landing that connects the master-bedroom suites.

“It’s about as enthusiastic a property as I’ve ever seen,” says listing agent Keith Green of Sotheby’s International Realty. He is co-listing with Ann Ciardullo.

The 3,500-square-foot glass and cedar home with sharp exterior angles and crisp, clean interior lines was built in 1998. Martin updated the house about three years ago, Green says.

Identical twin master-bedroom suites on the second floor are connected by a landing with views of the property through large windows that overlook a great room with 20-foot ceilings.

The great room is the heart of an open floor plan, which flows into a kitchen with tile, wood and stainless steel finishes and a large eat-in island. A formal dining room with views of the property is next to the kitchen.

There is a third master suite on the first floor, and all five of the home’s bedrooms have full baths en suite. The first-floor master bedroom, kitchen and great room open to the deck.

The house has an attached two-car garage.
