2010 Hampton Designer Showhouse listed for $5.25M

The 10,800-square-foot, seven-bedroom, 8-1/2-bath Sag Harbor postmodern where the 2010 Hampton Designer Showhouse will be held is being listed for $5.25 million.
Builder Frank Bodenchak of Edge Capital Management Llc. says the house features a 2,300-square-foot wraparound porch, a 50-foot pool with hot tub and sun bed, a built-in firepit with a waterfall and a movie theater. The property is 4.7 acres, and backs up to a preserve.
As of Tuesday, some parts of the house were still under construction. The show house opens Sunday.
