2010 Hampton Designer Showhouse location named

This summer's Hampton Designer Showhouse will take place in a newly constructed, shingle-style home in Sag Harbor.

The three-level house is being built by Edge Partners.

"It's just being finished," says show house organizer Tony Manning.

Designer Mario Buatta will be the honorary show house chair. Designers Alexa Hampton and Jamie Drake will be the honorary design chairs.

Last year's show house took place in Bridgehampton. "We were very much farmland," Manning says, "and this year, we're more woods."

The show house will be open from July 24 to Sept. 5.
