The Bridgehampton property that was home to the 2015 Hampton Designer Showhouse has seen an $800,000 price drop. First listed for $5.795 million, it is now on the market for $4.995.

The modern barn-style house was built by Christopher Tufo Design & Build on 3.4 acres with a gunite pool, pool house and tennis court. The rooms in the 6,500-square-foot home, with seven bedrooms and 8-1/2 bathrooms, plus the finished lower level, showcased the work of more than two dozen interior designers, including Keith Baltimore, Barbara Page and Katharine Posillico McGowan. The summer event benefitted Southampton Hospital.

The wall coverings and light fixtures chosen by the designers, as well as a movie theater designed by Southampton-based Mancaves, remain in the home. The sink in the chef’s kitchen has a Grohe Blue faucet, with hot, cold and sparkling filtered water.

The home, listed with Hedy Tufo of Sotheby’s International Realty, also comes with a free year of concierge services, including checks of the home before and after large storms and during periods of extreme cold.
