A circa-1890 Queen Anne-style Victorian listed for $649,000 in East Quogue is zoned for flexibility for its future use, its listing agent says.
Under current zoning, the four-bedroom, 1 ½-bath home could be a single-family house, an office, a mixed-use office/residential blend or a two-family residence, says listing agent Linda Kabot of Town and Country Real Estate.
A covered front porch includes decorative, ornamental brackets and turned posts, both common late 19th-century architectural features, Kabot says. The approximately 2,400-square-foot home has a full-height attic and a new roof, boiler and gravel driveway, according to a listing.
The 0.53-acre property includes a koi pond, beach grasses, hedges and a picket fence with an arbor.
