The buyer of a Port Washington houseboat listed for $125,000 will have views of the Freedom Tower and the Empire State Building. "It's one of the most unique vantage points," says listing agent Joan Valenti of Harding Real Estate.

The custom-built boat was built in 1984 and sits alongside Manhasset Isle. It is protected by Tom's Point, so it lulls its inhabitants to sleep as it rocks, Valenti says.

The owners lived in the two-bedroom boat year-round and used an icebreaker to agitate the water to keep the three-level boat safe, she says.

There is one bathroom, three sundecks, a kitchen, an office and a washing machine and dryer.

The owner says there is a monthly $880 docking fee, and there is a $2,500 charge collected semiannually for taxes.
