CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who has two properties for sale in Quiogue, is in contract to sell one of them, according to the listing with Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito.
The renovated 1928 waterfront cottage is listed for $3.199 million. It has four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms. The asking price for Cooper’s home next door is $2.699 million.
