The property is subdivided into two-acre lots, one of which includes the house and the barn, says Dolores Peterson of Colony Realty, the listing agent.
“Merged together, it’s an eight-acre farm. It’s great for the gentleman farmer, and the agricultural exemption can reduce property taxes by more than half,” Peterson says.
