Badgley, Mischka go into contract on Matinecock home

Designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka are in contract to sell their Matinecock home, according to real estate records.
The men behind the Badgley Mischka fashion label were asking $1.875 million for the eight-room home. They bought the house, built in the 1930s, three years ago for $1.15 million and renovated it.
Features of the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home include custom closets and basket-weave brick.There are also a pool and a gazebo on the 6.19-acre property.
