The 3,000-square-foot house has six bedrooms, three full and one half-bathrooms, a grand porch, a kitchen with granite counters, a master suite with spa bathroom, bamboo floors and five-panel solid wood doors.
Built in 1916 as a holiday getaway for a Manhattan family, the house has had five owners in its 102-year history, says listing agent Davorka Bender of Sailing Home Realty.
The property is on a .23-acre lot, which includes a hot tub.
