A four-bedroom split level with a spacious yard in Baldwin Harbor is on the market for $690,000.

The 2½-bathroom home on Grand Avenue has four levels, complete with a large eat-in kitchen and living room, a formal dining room, office, den and full, finished basement.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which was updated along with the others in the home, and the house has hardwood floors and crown molding.

“It’s a great house for someone who needs space,” said listing agent William Jacobs of Keller Williams Realty Greater Nassau, who is representing the seller with co-agent Arlene Noel. “It’s in great condition; it shows pride of ownership.”

The house, which faces east, gets sunlight all day, and also has a home office, a feature many buyers are looking for, Jacobs said. “It also has a great patio in the back for entertaining and it’s partially fenced,” he added.

It’s close to Baldwin Harbor Park, which includes a dog park, Baldwin Middle School, shopping, transportation and highways.

The sellers have owned it since 2015 and are selling now to downsize. “The last kid went off to college and it’s too much house for them,” Jacobs said.
