A 2600-square-foot Victorian with a wraparound porch in Baldwin's historic Olde Town neighborhood is listed for $749,000.
Built in 1913 and painted in traditional Victorian colors of green and deep red with a gabled roof, the home, on Harrison Avenue, features four bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and mudroom. Olde Town Baldwin is a neighborhood between Merrick Road and Thomas Avenue, with Grand, Park and Harrison avenues running north-south within. It is considered the oldest section of the town, said Paul Conforti with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the home's listing agent.
“All the homes [in the neighborhood] are big Victorians or Colonials,” he said. “Most were built between 1890 and 1910. Most of them are still there.”

The house is on a lot that is 75 feet wide by 220 feet deep, on more than a third of an acre, with professional-style landscaping. “The yard is fully fenced,” Conforti said. “It’s a magnificent house.”
The house is in the Baldwin Union Free School District. Annual taxes are $19,030.
