This 10-acre property on Sagg Pond in Bridgehampton, on the market for $45 million, includes plans for a modern home designed by Israeli architect Irma Orenstein, to be constructed by Hamptons builder Jeffrey Collé.
The planned 14,000-square-foot home has a striking modern design, with layered white rectangles and walls of glass and wood. The plans also call for seven bedroom suites, including a master suite, an elevator, gym and screening room.
“It was a unique collaboration in that they worked together to create this modern and clean design,” says listing agent Lori Schiaffino of Saunders. “I think that it’s very unique for the area, which mostly has been traditional-style homes.”
The property has about 240 feet of direct waterfront on Sagg Pond. The property will also have a pool facing the pond, a sunken tennis court, and a pool house with a steam shower, sauna and massage area.
