Bridgehampton's Morgan Hill Farm sells for $11.15M

It was once priced for $27 million, but in the end Morgan Hill Farm, which is down the street from actor Kelsey Grammer's house, sold for $11,149,900, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report. The last list price was $15.9 million.

Dennis Suskind, a founding partner of Goldman Sachs, sold the 11.6-acre spread to an entity, Morgan Hill Farm LLC. The sale closed Feb. 17. Scott Strough of Strough Real Estate Associates was the listing agent.Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group brought the buyer.
