Sandcastle, the 31,000-square-foot, 11.5-acre Bridgehampton estate rented for two weeks this summer for an undisclosed price, confirms owner Joe Farrell, who built the home.
The property previously rented last summer for a record $500,000 for two weeks, and was listed on the rental market at that price earlier this year.
The home features a bowling alley, a skateboarding half-pipe, a rock climbing wall, a spa facility, a steam room and a sauna as well as staff quarters, a heated gunite pool and a sunken tennis court.
Farrell, a noted Hamptons builder, has also listed the home for sale at $49.5 million with Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group and Chris Burnside of Brown Harris Stevens.
