Woodcliff Park, a seasonal development on the North Shore near Baiting Hollow, has been owned for 70 years by the Karlin family and was originally created as a tenting ground. Most of the land is leased to summer residents and their families, many of whom have owned homes here since the 1950s. Currently on the market for $35,990 is a two-bedroom, one-bath bungalow, which is one of only 200 on the property.

Like many of the park’s homes, it comes fully furnished and move-in ready. The rustic interior features an eat-in kitchen, Pergo flooring and a pullout couch in the living room, two small bedrooms and a tub in the bathroom. The side deck is designed for outdoor entertaining and barbecues, and there is available on-street parking for two cars. The community’s private beach is a five-minute walk from the front door.

The cottage is offered as a cash-only sale. Annual taxes are just under $1,400 per year, and the land lease, annually, comes to more than $5,300 and includes water, which is turned off for the winter between Oct. 15 and April 15.

The house is listed with Michele Sanchez of Century 21 Castle Realty.
