Buying Tip: Get pre-approved

Joe Sinnona, associate broker of The Joe Sinnona Group at Verdeschi Realty in Long Beach, offers this tip for buyers: "When looking for a home for the first time, make sure you have a pre-approval so you can accurately give the Realtor an idea on what to spend when they look up homes for you. Also, it's a good idea to stick with one Realtor who can show you anything on the Multiple Listing site, which has all the homes listed."
