“The property has been farmed for decades, yielding delicious fruits, vegetables and even mums,” says Russell Ficken of Little Bay Realty.
Though there’s an abundance of farmland on the North Fork, most are much larger parcels, from 50 to 150 acres, notes Ficken. “Rarely does a five- to 10-acre farm come on the market.”
