Century 21 offers $8,000 prize for house sellers

Why should buyers get all the perks? Century 21 has created a little stimulus package of its own -- and this one’s for the sellers.

Starting today, sellers who list their homes with a Century 21 agent will be automatically entered into the $8,000 List Your Home Sweepstakes.

The game is on for the next three months, ending June 30. Twenty-one winners selected in random drawings will each receive an $8,000 prize. “They’ll choose one winner per month in each of seven regions,” says Justine North of Century 21 American Homes in Bay Shore. Search by ZIP code at century21.com to find a local agent and enter to win.
