The price of Christie Brinkley’s North Haven house, originally $25 million when first listed in October, has been cut to $20 million.
The five-bedroom, 5 1⁄2 bathroom home sits on a 4.44-acre property, which includes a gunite pool next to Sag Harbor Bay and 327 feet of sandy beach with views of the harbor.
Grand columns adorn the front of the three-story Colonial, which was built in 1843. The home, with wide-plank pine floors and multiple fireplaces, includes a soapstone and marble kitchen, living room, dining room, great room and master suite with a sitting room and terrace.
Brinkley also has her Bridgehampton home on the market for $29.5 million. Known as “Tower Hill,” the 11,037-square-foot house is on a 20-acre property. It has been on and off the market since 2002. Both properties are listed with Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
