The buyer of this Westhampton ranch will own half the house at 659 B Arnold St. -- literally. It is attached housing originally built in 1959 near Francis S. Gabreski Airport for members of the U.S. Air Force and their families. "Everything functions," says Jon Holderer of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with Jeanne Lee Landsiedel. But, he adds, "Nothing's been touched on it in 30 years." And, "everything's overgrown" on the .2-acre property, he says.

But it is the lowest priced home in the Hamptons, and as such as has gained a lot of interest and even two offers in the 1-1/2 weeks it's been on the market. "It says a lot about the area," he says. "We don't have a lot of affordable housing." In May, Holderer sold another attached housing unit in the area for $150,000.
