Designer sells Bridgehampton house to NYC adman

Architect and designer Mark Zeff recently sold his summer home in the Hamptons.

Zeff’s six-bedroom-five bath barn-style house in Bridgehampton closed Feb. 24 for $2.6 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

Public records show that Australian advertising director David Droga and his wife, Marisa, bought the house. Clients at Droga’s Manhattan-based Droga5 firm include Microsoft, Puma and Activision.

The five-acre property contains a 50-foot heated pool with a waterfall as well as two courtyards, a spa cabana and a two-car garage with a gym on the second floor.

"It's the most amazing property north of the highway," says Susan Breitenbach of The Corcoran Group, who co-listed the house with Matthew Breitenbach. Corcoran’s Mala Sander brought the buyer.

Zeff’s high-end projects include the interiors of the West Hollywood nightclub Voyeur, as well as the Night hotel in Manhattan and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
