Deutsche Bank Americas chief sells Quogue home
Deutsche Bank Americas chief executive Seth Waugh has sold an oceanfront home in Quogue for $4.875 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.
The 4,500-square-foot cedar-shingle dwelling was built in 1993 on 1.16 acres of land. There are four bedrooms, 3½ baths, a fireplace and a heated gunite pool.
There’s also a putting green on the property. Waugh is an avid golfer and his company sponsors a PGA championsip ever year. Hamptons resident Vijay Singh has won the Deutsche Bank Championship twice.
The transaction was handled privately.
