Gaze upon the water from nearly every room of this 7,500-square-foot East Hampton home listed for $19.75 million.

The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home was designed by Hamptons architect Jaquelin T. Robertson, whose work has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects and published in Architectural Digest. Caramanga/Murphy handled construction.

The three-acre property includes 408 feet of frontage along Georgica Pond, says co-listing agent Julie Wolfe of Compass Realty.

“The house is set at an angle so you get views of Georgica Pond from almost every room of the house. It’s pretty spectacular,” says Wolfe, who is co-listing with Ed Petrie.

Described by Wolfe as a “grander New England farmhouse,” the home includes a beamed great room and a wide, covered veranda, which overlooks the pond and a 50-foot heated waterside pool.

A formal living room includes a “huge” fireplace, Wolfe says; there is also a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, a master suite with a study, and three guest suites, including one on the ground floor. The living room and family room both have views directly down Georgica Cove, says Petrie.

A wing of the residence, which is connected to the home by a windowed breezeway, includes its own private entrance as well as a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, Wolfe says.
