This home in East Moriches was built in 1889 and restored in the 1990s. It is on the market for $695,000.
The home, which has been listed for sale previously for more than $800,000, was originally built by a Presbyterian church, says listing agent Natalie Lewis of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The sellers bought it from the couple that updated it, adding central air conditioning and new windows.
