This three-bedroom waterfront house on Winkle Point in Eatons Neck listed for $3 million comes with a 130-foot dock.
"There's no one that has that structure," listing agent Helene Atkinson of Douglas Elliman Real Estate says of the dock. "It was grandfathered in, and the owners hired an army of engineers to reconstruct it last year."
Also on the property is a boathouse with running water and electricity, as well as decking.
The seller is a Navy Seal who bought the home because he loves the water and uses it as a summer residence, Atkinson says.
The house is on just over 3 acres on the point in Eatons Neck, and there's also a detached cottage.
