Built in 1957 on 0.05-acre lot, the house has a living room and dining room off the kitchen. The first floor has new vinyl floors with hardwood underneath. The home has central air conditioning and oil heating.

The sellers, who have owned the property for 40 years, are moving to downsize, Morales said.
